1. 帰国予定の場合、学内で定められた手続きを済ませ、入国管理局で再入国許可証の取得の手続きが必要です。
1. If you are leaving Japan, you need to complete the procedures at your faculty/graduate school and obtain a re-entry permit from the Immigration Bureau.
