Kyoto University will provide five nights of accommodation at Hearton Hotel Kyoto from July 5 to 9, 2009. ( http://www.hearton.co.jp/kyoto/ ) The hotel is a two-minute walk from exit no.1 of the Karasuma Oike subway station. Three participants will share one room and room assignments will be designated by the organizing committee according to the special workshop groupings.

    We will be uploading a hotel reservation webpage for participants, in April. Kyoto University will not bear the costs for accommodations if the arrangements are made through other websites or travel agencies.
